Abstract (ENG): Social Tagging and thereby folksonomies celebrate enormous growth rates on the Internet. In this paper we will identify the underlying processes from an Embodied Interaction perspective [1]. We will support our thesis that folksonomies are embodied conceptualizations and are therefore helpful in E-Learning settings by results from various concerned disciplines like Knowledge Management and Educational Theory.
