| Abstract (ENG): | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the definition of Design Thinking and to introduce a structured approach with phases, activities and results. Our research is based on a literature review giving insight into the basic understanding of Design Thinking and on existing approaches. The main findings are that although Design Thinking is a widely known concept an approach for a structured development of new solutions a clear definition and approach is missing. This paper offers an integrated approach for Design Thinking including basic principles and a Roadmap. |
