Abstract (ENG): The Implementation of an Escape Room to assess the needs for internal knowledge transfer is a method used in the project "Education 4.0 for SMEs". The aim of this project is to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in their digitization challenges in terms of internal knowledge transfer and to help them collect the company's knowledge among its empoyees. For this purpose, a needs analysing using a specially designed Escape Room adapted to a fictional company is applied. Initial results from pilot SMEs provide indications of the effectiveness of this method.
