Wissen aus der agilen Community für die Agile Community Getreu dem Leitsatz Gestaltung der Digitalen Transformation durch Agile Transformation wurde vom Kompetenzzentrum für Agile Produkt- und Systementwicklung der Hochschule Neu-Ulm die Agile Community Oberschwaben ins Leben gerufen. Sie besteht neben Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern vor allem aus Mitarbeitenden aus KMU der Region, die sich mit Agilität beschäftigen. Zum 5-Jährigen Jubiläum wurden die spannenden Ergebnisse, intensiven Diskussionen und neue Aspekte und Ideen in diesem einzigartigen Werk, welches von den Mitgliedern der Community eigenständig verfasst wurde, zusammengefasst. Die Beiträge präsentieren ein Portfolio an Themen der Community aus den Bereichen Einführung von Agilität, agile Produktentwicklung, Retrospektiven und agile Werte. Hierbei werden unter anderem die Themen agile Skalierung, Produktentwicklung, Performance Messung, der Umgang mit Reflexionstools und das erfolgreiche Arbeiten in verteilten Teams behandelt. Dieses Buch richtet sich an alle, die sich für agile Themen, interdisziplinäres Teamwork und praktisches Projektmanagement interessieren. Die Texte beinhalten viele Empfehlungen und Tipps unserer Communitymitglieder für agile Mitstreiter und alle, die es werden wollen. |

Knowledge from the agile community for the agile community True to the guiding principle of shaping digital transformation through agile transformation, the Agile Community Oberschwaben was established by the Competence Center for Agile Product and System Development at Neu-Ulm University. In addition to scientists, it consists primarily of employees from SMEs in the region who are involved with agility. For the 5-year anniversary, the exciting results, intensive discussions and new aspects and ideas have been compiled in this unique work, which was written independently by the members of the community. The contributions present a portfolio of topics from the community in the areas of introducing agility, agile product development, retrospectives and agile values. Topics covered include agile scaling, product development, performance measurement, using reflection tools, and working successfully in distributed teams. This book is for anyone interested in agile topics, interdisciplinary teamwork, and practical project management. The texts include many recommendations and tips from our community members for agile contributors and those who want to become one. |
