Abstract (ENG): Since before the covid pandemic, job satisfaction, commitment, cohesion, and well-being have been gaining momentum, especially among young employees. Via a self-developed survey and Structural Equation Modeling as an analysis tool, we research possible pathways between Founders Social Identity, Meaningful Work, and Performance. With this study, we extend the Meaningful Work literature, show the importance of creating and maintaining antecedents of Meaningful Work in organizational schemes to reach greater performance, and highlight the role of social identity as a predictor for entrepreneurial behaviors and individual reflections.
