| Abstract (ENG): |
The use of digital learning and AI-generated training videos for corporate training is increasing. We investigated differences between a male and a female instructor in an AI-generated e-learning video. The content of the videos was identical across both gender conditions. Our findings indicate that participants achieved higher test scores after watching the male instructor. Additionally, the didactic quality of the video with the male instructor was rated higher, primarily due to ratings from male students. Female students did not rate the didactic quality different in the two conditions. |
