Abstract (ENG): This workshop explored how AI-based demand forecasting can enhance supply chain resiliency and competitiveness by mitigating the bullwhip effect. Participants collaborated across departments and teams to accurately plan for future demands, using trusted data and forecasting methods to achieve better forecasts under uncertain market conditions and global supply chain complexities. They also assessed digital tools and solutions that enable greater accuracy from stakeholders while maintaining data sovereignty.
