Abstract (ENG): Mobile emergency alert systems can enhance safety and autonomy, but their success depends on usability, user experience (UX), and user acceptance. This paper presents a structured evaluation approach for an early-stage mobile emergency alert system prototype (stand-by.care) using the GAQM (Goals, Attributes, Questions, Metrics) framework. The approach integrates qualitative and quantitative methods. The aim is to demonstrate a transferable, participatory methodology for evaluating mobile health systems in domestic environments.
